Returns/Exchange Policy
As some of our products are hard to estimate the size correctly we offer a product exchange service, subject to the following conditions :
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
- You must provide your name and address
- All products need to be in saleable condition
- The returned items must be in an as NEW Condition
- Return shipping must be included either by deposit into our account or a self address courier bag.
FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS
If an item has a manufacturers defect, or is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will provide a replacement product. please return the item for inspection. For instructions please use the contact form. or call us on 021 544 378
